Measured wrong? We remake it at 30% off.

Made-to-measure blinds are cut to the millimetre you enter, so they cannot be returned or resold. If the size you gave us turns out to be wrong, the blind stays yours – but you do not have to buy a second one at full price.

We remake it to the corrected measurements at 30% off the price of the original order.

How it works

  1. Write to info@ateliernaru.com within 30 days of delivery, with your order number.
  2. Send a photo of the window and of the blind in place.
  3. We check the corrected dimensions with you before anything is cut.
  4. The remake goes into production and ships in 14–21 days, like any other order.

The conditions

  • One remake per blind.
  • The 30% applies to the same product in corrected dimensions – not to a different decor, slat width or operation.
  • The original blind stays with you. We do not collect it.
  • This covers measuring mistakes only. Manufacturing defects and transport damage are handled under the returns policy and cost you nothing.

Why it exists

Ordering to measure online takes trust. Our measuring guide prevents most mistakes, and a mistake that still slips through should not cost you a whole second blind.

Please note: as individually manufactured goods, made-to-measure blinds are excluded from the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. This remake offer is a voluntary goodwill service, not a legal entitlement.
